Victory Outreach International was established in 1967 by Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Sr with the mandate to evangelize the inner cities of the world.  Since then, we have been able to establish churches in 34 countries.  We have a simple message: to bring hope and a sense of belonging to the hurting people of the world and introduce them to the love and purpose of Jesus Christ.

     In 1995 we opened Victory Outreach San Antonio-West (VOSAW) here in the Alamo City.  The mandate is the same, to bring hope and the message of salvation to San Antonio.  For the last 30 years we have seen God move in our city in a miraculous way, through salvation of the lost, healing of those who were sick, deliverance of those bound by addictions and restoration of entire families.

     The plan of God is not only to save those who are lost but to help them find their God-given purpose in order to accomplish their divine assignment.  We are a sending church that trains, equips and develops the ministers of the future, we believe it is important that those who are called fulfill their divine calling.  This vision, to reach the inner cities of the world, by establishing churches, is the fuel that drives our passion, making us avid contributors to the Great Commission.
